Day Late Dosas!

Sheesh, way to go posting a day late on the first challenge. This recipe was awesome. Its very Substantial. Lots of stuff going on at once but very easy. Thanks!

Some recent Dinners.

Just got that first (shhh!) Daring cooks recipe. I'm really excited to make it. In the meantime Here are a few uploads from the past week or so. As I previously mentioned I am not an ace at shooting food. I guess I can only get better right?

Pioneer Womans Firecracker shrimp has quickly become a cheap easy dinner to grill after work. Here are two nights worth of it. One with Steak tips and the other with a salad and crusty bread.












Next up is Panang curry Cod with peppers and peas, basil and tomatoes from the garden.



Last is tonights dinner. Chicken sausage cooked in garlic, chicken stock and Anaheim chilies with cherry tomatoes and basil. Served with brown rice and Mixed greens with a little balsamic vinegar.

Setting it up.

I made this blog because I read food blogs like crazy and I want to keep track of everything I have made, I always forget the really good stuff. Also, I really wanted to join Daring Cooks and needed a blog to do so.

No fancy camera, or plates, or time to cook during natural sunlight. Sorry to disappoint. I'll try my best. Enjoy.
